As we settle into an exciting new year, it is also time to get the Hot Lunch Program up and running. We are transitioning to an online ordering system that other local schools are utilizing. By doing things online we are making the switch to lessen our footprint on the planet and better organize the program as well as the option to pay with credit card. We have decided to ease into the program and WILL BE accepting cheques and cash still to accommodate all families in Robson.
If families pay with cash, the funds must be accounted for the week before the new month starts, just as we did last year, or your child will not receive a lunch. You can pay for all the lunches up to February should you choose.

 

You can either pay with a credit card as a Bambora guest (Visa, Mastercard) and use it as a gateway for payment. It is like PayPal, except that the user fees are less, and this platform is more secure. This is a new system to everyone however the feedback has been positive across the province. The preferred method of payment is credit card and cheque, however as mentioned cash will still be accepted this year and must be paid before the hot lunch commences or your child WILL be removed from the order list.
